Legal Fees and Costs
In most personal injury cases, our firm serves its clients on a contingency fee basis. The client pays no attorney’s fee unless we win or settle your case. We advance court costs and litigation expenses that are reimbursed at the end of your case provided that you obtain a recovery. On workers’ compensation cases, our fees are overseen by the Division of Workers Compensation. Pursuant to State Law, our fees are withheld from our clients’ checks and paid directly to us. However, those fees never exceed twenty-five percent of the client’s recovery and in most cases are a very small amount compared to the value we achieve for our clients. On every case, our investment in and dedication to your case is total.

We are more than just lawyers. John Gibson worked for several years as a computer consultant for Fortune 500 companies before going to law school. As a result, he has the experience and know how to integrate technology in the practice of law. The firm utilizes the latest in client-server technology to manage data, maintain our offices and run our communications equipment. We also are experienced in using trial software during trial.
