We believe clients deserve our individual attention, that they should be kept as informed and involved in their cases as they want and that they should be able to get answers and information when they need it. We provide those things and give each case the detailed attention it deserves.
We Are Champions of Justice
We believe that that justice doesn’t end at getting our clients full compensation. We want to make sure no one else suffers the same injuries as our clients ever again. As a result, when our clients obtain punitive damages, we encourage our clients to give a portion of their recovery to a charity of their choosing and match their contribution proportionately.
In addition, we are active in community organizations such as Lubbock Habitat for Humanity; Lubbock CASA; Susan G. Komen For the Cure; and Lubbock Family Promise, an assistance program for homeless families with children.
